Instant Download – “Blind Tilt” Photoshop Action
Blind Tilt is a very soft & bright black & white action with a tilt shift layer, which can be turned on/off or edited to suit any image. Please note – for the intended purpose, only use on full size images (2500px & larger), the blur of this action does not work well on scaled or smaller images. Will be ok to re-size smaller but you’ll always want to work with the highest file size first. Works best with Photoshop CS6 & later.
The action is not merged & can be edited in groups & layers so that each individual task can be adjusted to suit your particular image.

You must have a working knowledge of Photoshop to use & load my actions successfully. Keep in mind that my actions are non-traditional in nature & are intentionally either dark & moody or light & a bit over-exposed.
