Inspired by the love of screen printing & Grindhouse Films, B-Movies, & other classic films, Hi-Fi Ink is a set of actions & scripts for Adobe Photoshop (CS5-CC Mac or PC) used to generate channel color separations for screen printing. Hi-Fi Ink will help you get started with those hi-end seps of photo-realistic images to create detailed & quality prints .

Hi-Fi is capable of creating:

Simulated process: 6 & 12 colors, or any number in between Simulated process: 24 channel: multiple white, black & other colors 4 color CMYK process: plus spot plates Custom Index separations Greyscale seps: with 1,2 or 3 greys (plus black & white) Greyscale Index seps: with 4 greys (plus black & white) Distressing routines: with textures & edges included Manual & automatic bitmapping routines.

Hi-Fi Ink will not make you an expert color separator or screen printer, as a moderate level of screen printing knowledge is still necessary, as well as a working knowledge of Photoshop. Rather, it will give you a head start on separating photo-realistic prints & expedite your workflow of color separations.

Color separation tutorials are not included, but a pdf that describes the function of each routine & it’s proper use is. A moderate level of Photoshop & a basic understanding of color separations is recommended.
