Fattycakes is a cute, chubby, plump little font.
I’ve taken the style of my Rough Puff font, which has a distressed texture, & re-done the letters in a much smoother, craft-friendly style. Most fonts tend toward taller & narrower, so I like that this font is more squat & wide.
The lowercase letters are the same height as the uppercase, so you can mix & match cases to your heart’s content.
The Rough version of Fattycakes is the letters as they were imported from the original scans — a little bumpy, a little wobbly (but still spaced & kerned, with over 200 accented characters included). For the smooth version, I took those rough letters & adjusted every point, line, & curve to give a much sleeker finish.
As a bonus, I’m also including my Rough Puff font in this download, so you can enjoy the whole family!
